1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your download, installation, and use of Sudoku, the Android application published by us (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The App
Sudoku is a logic puzzle game for Android. The App is designed to work offline for core gameplay and stores progress locally on your device. The App is free to download and use and may display advertisements through Google AdMob. Features, content, ad placement, and availability may change from time to time as we improve or update the App.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by applicable law or with our prior written consent.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose;
- interfere with or disrupt the App, its security, or related systems;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its source code;
- block, manipulate, or fraudulently interact with advertisements displayed in the App;
- use the App in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, puzzles, graphics, sounds, trademarks, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero if the App was provided free of charge.
8. Third-Party Services and Advertising
The App is distributed through Google Play and may interact with services provided by Google or other third parties. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
The App displays third-party advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ads, ad content, and any websites or services you reach by interacting with an ad are provided by third parties, not by us. We do not endorse third-party advertisements and are not responsible for third-party services, content, products, or practices.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date below and, where appropriate, provide notice within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We may suspend or discontinue the App, or terminate your right to use it, if you violate these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
